How do I book a notary appointment?

You can call, text, or book online. Same-day service is often available in Marion County and nearby areas.


What types of documents can you notarize?

I handle affidavits, parental consent forms, VIN verifications, oaths, deeds, and many other personal and business documents.


Do I need to bring identification?

Yes. Florida law requires a valid (or no older than 5 years pass expiration), government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID.


What happens if my document is already signed?

I cannot notarize documents that were signed before the appointment unless it is an Acknowledgment. You’ll need a fresh copy to sign in my presence.


Do you provide mobile notary services?

Yes. I travel to homes, businesses, hospitals, schools, and community locations across Marion County and nearby areas.


How much does it cost to notarize a document?

Florida law sets the maximum fee at $10 per notarization mine is $8. A small travel fee may apply depending on distance.


Can you notarize documents for minors?

Yes, but a legal guardian must appear with valid ID and proper paperwork. I cannot accept grandparents or other relatives without legal guardianship papers.


Do you offer notarization for out-of-state documents?

Yes. As long as the notarization is taking place in Florida and you meet ID requirements, I can notarize most out-of-state forms.


Can you notarize real estate or loan documents?

I notarize deeds and related property forms. However, I do not perform full loan signing agent services.


What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept Apple Pay, Cash, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle for your convenience.
